Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2011/198) : Far East. However, in their paper Blank et al. (2010) considered that this record might required taxonomic confirmation.

According to Blummer (2015), previously known to occur in the southern part of the Russian Far East and now spreading in the European part of Russia: Southern Russia (Krasnodar, Rostov, Stavropol, Voronezh regions) and Central Russia (Ulyanovsk region and near Moscow (Pushkino)).
