First recorded in: 2010
Comments
First found in 2010 in Krasnodar region, then in the Central Volga region near Ulyanovsk on Ulmus pumila. In 2011, large populations were observed in the Rostov region, also on Ulmus pumila.

According to Blummer (2015), previously known to occur in the southern part of the Russian Far East and now spreading in the European part of Russia: Southern Russia (Krasnodar, Rostov, Stavropol, Voronezh regions) and Central Russia (Ulyanovsk region and near Moscow (Pushkino)).
