Common in southern Florida, but rare north of Lake Okeechobee. The palm aphid has been reported in the following Florida counties: Brevard, Broward, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Orange, Palm Beach, Pinellas, Polk, St. Lucie and Seminole.
