EPPO Reporting Service (1998/159) : first found in 1998-06 in southeastern Florida (Palm Beach, Broward and Martin counties, Indian River citrus-growing area). Too widespread to be eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2003/033) : first found in 2001-09 in Texas, under eradication.
EPPO Reporting Service (2008/118) : first found in May 2008 in Louisiana. In June 2007, Liberibacter asiaticus was also detected in a few citrus trees. Under eradication.
EPPO Reporting Service (2008/160) : first found in August 2008 in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and South Carolina. First found in California in September 2008. Under eradication.
Also in Arizona (all counties), under eradication (NAPPO, 2017).
