EPPO Reporting Service (2010/134) : galls were detected in July 2010 on 5 Castanea trees which had been imported from Italy in 2008. Eradication measures have been taken.
EPPO Reporting Service (2013/220) : successive specific surveys were conducted in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and did not detect the pest. Therefore, the NPPO of the Netherlands considers that D. kuriphilus has successfully been eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2015/128) : found again in 2015 on 9 trees of Castanea sativa at 5 locations (public and private gardens) in the municipality of Aalten.
EPPO Reporting Service (2013/220) : successive specific surveys were conducted in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and did not detect the pest. Therefore, the NPPO of the Netherlands considers that D. kuriphilus has successfully been eradicated.
EPPO Reporting Service (2015/128) : found again in 2015 on 9 trees of Castanea sativa at 5 locations (public and private gardens) in the municipality of Aalten.
