Comments
Erwinia chrysanthemi disease on potato in Israel had been previously reported only once in the 1980s in plants grown from seed potatoes imported from the Netherlands. Since 2004, the disease is occurring more frequently, causing economic damage (Tsror et al., 2009).

According to the NPPO (2005), E. chrysanthemi has a restricted distribution.

According to the NPPO (2011), D. chrysanthemi has only been intercepted.
