Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2004/029) : first found on citrus in Málaga province in 2001. In 2002, infested area increased, and pest also found in Malaga on avocado and mango, and in Sevilla and Córdoba on ornamental trees. Adequately controlled with acaricides.

EPPO Reporting Service (2005/050) : found again in same provinces of Andalucía (Málaga, Córdoba).

EPPO Reporting Service (2007/137) : as before.

EPPO Reporting Service (2010/058) and EPPO Reporting Service (2010/084) : Andalucia, Murcia and South of Comunidad Valenciana.

EPPO Reporting Service (2023/250) : displaced by E. banksi in Comunidad Valenciana.
