EPPO Reporting Service (2013/235) : first found in October 2013 in a glasshouse nursery producing potted plants of begonias (Begonia x hiemalis) located in the district of Opava, Moravian-Silesian region. Under official control.
NPPO (2021): In 2014 a detection survey was carried out for the presence of F. foetens in several premises in CZ and the pest was not found. No phytosanitary measures aiming at eradication have been taken.
