Comments
Its presence in Western Siberia was first confirmed in 2019 (although symptoms were first noticed in 2014). Abundant on Pinus sibirica in pine forests near human settlements in Tomsk and Kemerovo provinces, and sporadically found on Picea obovata.

EPPO Reporting Service (2022/096) : spreading eastward in Western Siberia. In 2020, the pest was found covering an area of more than 30 000 km² in in Tomsk, Kemerovo, and Novosibirsk oblasts (mainly on Pinus sibirica).
