EPPO Reporting Service (2018/154) : first found in May 2018 in maize fields in Karnataka. Then also reported from Andhra Pradesh. In online newspapers, its presence is also reported from other Indian states (Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana). These records need to be further confirmed.
