Comments
Introduced in 1942, widespread from Atacama to Valparaiso. Also present in the Juan Fernandez Islands, and Easter Island.
Uncertain record: Temuco. Klein & Waterhouse (2000) reports N. xanthographus in Temuco but its presence needs confirmation as it may have been confused with other species.
