Comments
In Chile, PepMV was first detected in 2001 in protected tomato crops, region V (Ramirez & Bustamante, 2001).

EPPO Reporting Service (2003/112) , EPPO Reporting Service (2004/081) , EPPO Reporting Service (2005/093) : reported to have been detected in consignments of tomato seeds from Chile imported into France (interceptions).

EPPO Reporting Service (2005/144) : surveys in 2005/2005 showed PepMV to be present in the centre and north.
