Comments
EPPO Reporting Service (2004/077) : found in 2 potato samples in 2002.

EPPO Reporting Service (2006/167) : found causing bois noir disease of grapevine.

EPPO Reporting Service (2012/035) : maize redness occurs in Bulgaria.

Genov et al. (2014) confirms the occurrence of maize reddness in Bulgaria. The first severe outbreak was observed in Kneja (1992), then from Byala Slatina to Pleven (in 2010).

Avramov and Mihaylov (2020): surveys were conducted from 2005 to 2018 on grapevine phytoplasmas, only bois noir was detected.
