EPPO Reporting Service (2008/146) : molecular studies confirmed the presence of potato stolbur in tubers collected from the regions of the Volga River, Central Russia and Northern Caucasus.
EPPO Reporting Service (2012/187) : in Southern Russia, on potatoes and other vegetable crops (Krasnodar and Rostov regions).
Also found in grapevine in Krasnodar (Porotnikova et al., 2020).
