EPPO Reporting Service (2002/077) : one finding in Guernsey.

EPPO Reporting Service (2003/133) : found in Guernsey in several garden centres and parks, on Camellia, Leucothoe and Arbutus in addition to Rhododendron and Viburnum. Under eradication. Not recorded in Jersey.

From NPPO (2022): last confirmed in Guernsey at a Garden Centre in 2017. This was on a discarded plant with no indication as to the origin of the infection. The pathogen has also been intercepted several times on imported Rhododendron and Viburnum (all of EU origin).
