EPPO Reporting Service (1996/02) : generally considered absent from Turkey. In 1995, some infected tubers found in a small area in Central Anatolia. Intensive surveys are being followed by eradication measures.
EPPO Reporting Service (1997/111) : The disease has been found in the past but is not established. However, in early 1995 some infected potato tubers (cv. Van Gogh) were found in a small part of Central Anatolia region.
EPPO Reporting Service (2007/005) : no further detections in Central Anatolia since 1995, but one outbreak in Marmara region in 2006.
EPPO Reporting Service (2007/091) : Present, first reported in 1995 in Central Anatolia but then no longer detected, two outbreaks found in 2006 in Marmara region (potato) and Aegean region (tomato), under official control.
