Comments
Symptoms were first noticed in summer 2009 and autumn 2010. Severely stunted watermelon plants, yield losses were observed in glasshouses in the suburbs of Zengcheng city, Guangdong province. The identity of the virus was confirmed in the laboratory (ELISA, RT-PCR, sequencing).
