Present in Colima, Jalisco, Morelos, Querétaro, Sinaloa, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Veracruz.

EPPO Reporting Service (2004/118) : major factor limiting tomato production in Sinaloa.

On the basis of currently available information, three of the Xanthomonas spp. causing bacterial spot of tomato occur in Mexico: euvesicatoria, perforans and vesicatoria.
